Applicable Tourism Regulations<\/strong><\/h2><p>The tourism services offered by Naturanda are governed, among others, by:<\/p><ul><li>Law 16\/1987 on the Regulation of Land Transport<\/li><li>Decree 168\/1994 of 30 May, regulating Travel Agencies<\/li><li>Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (Package Travel)<\/li><li>Decree 319\/1990 of 21 December, on road passenger transport in vehicles with more than 9 seats<\/li><\/ul><p>When the use of vehicles with more than 9 seats is required, the service will be <strong>subcontracted<\/strong> to authorised transport companies in accordance with current regulations.<\/p><p>Naturanda offers activities where <strong>transportation is an ancillary element<\/strong>, not the main purpose of the service.<br \/>The client acknowledges that their voucher corresponds to a <strong>tour or tourist activity<\/strong>, not to a transportation service itself.<\/p><h2><strong>5. Risks Inherent to the Activities<\/strong><\/h2><p>Active tourism activities or excursions may involve associated risks. Naturanda has all <strong>mandatory permits, licences, and insurance<\/strong>, but the client accepts that no compensation may be claimed beyond the coverage established in such insurance policies.<\/p><h2><strong>6. Claims During the Activity<\/strong><\/h2><p>If during the activity the client wishes to make a complaint, they must notify the guide, escort, or group leader <strong>immediately<\/strong> so that it can be corrected on the spot.<\/p><p>Claims regarding incidents not communicated during the activity will not be accepted afterwards.<\/p><p>For later or formal complaints, the user may write to: <a href=\"mailto:andalsur@naturanda.com\">andalsur@naturanda.com<br \/><\/a><\/p><h2><strong>7. Authority to Purchase Tickets on Behalf of the Client<\/strong><\/h2><p>For the proper provision of the service, Naturanda may purchase <strong>tickets, admissions, or passes<\/strong> on behalf of the client, with prior consent given at the time of booking.<\/p><p>The cost of such tickets is paid in advance via cash, card, or bank transfer, as applicable.<\/p><h2><strong>8. Intellectual and Industrial Property<\/strong><\/h2><p>All website content (texts, images, videos, logos, designs, source code, etc.) is the property of Naturanda or third parties who have authorised its use.<\/p><p>Reproduction, distribution, publication, transformation, or commercial exploitation of any content without express authorization from the owner is prohibited.<\/p><h2><strong>9.
