2. Purpose of the Website
This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the websites owned by Naturanda and the tourism services offered on them: excursions, guided tours, active tourism activities, complementary transportation, ticket sales, and experiences at destination.
Access to and browsing any of these websites grants the status of USER and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the content of this Legal Notice.
Naturanda reserves the right to modify this information without prior notice when necessary, ensuring its publication as far in advance as possible.
3. Conditions of Access and Use
The USER agrees to use the website and its services lawfully, in accordance with:
- Current legislation
- Good faith and public order
- This Legal Notice
The following are prohibited:
- Disseminating unlawful, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
- Introducing viruses or performing actions that may damage or hinder the functioning of the website.
- Attempting to access restricted areas or third-party data without authorization.
- Infringing intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
- Using content for commercial purposes without authorization.

4. Applicable Tourism Regulations
The tourism services offered by Naturanda are governed, among others, by:

- Decree 168/1994 of 30 May, regulating Travel Agencies
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Package Travel)
- Decree 319/1990 of 21 December, on road passenger transport in vehicles with more than 9 seats
When the use of vehicles with more than 9 seats is required, the service will be subcontracted to authorised transport companies in accordance with current regulations.
Naturanda offers activities where transportation is an ancillary element, not the main purpose of the service.
The client acknowledges that their voucher corresponds to a tour or tourist activity, not to a transportation service itself.
5. Risks Inherent to the Activities
Active tourism activities or excursions may involve associated risks. Naturanda has all mandatory permits, licences, and insurance, but the client accepts that no compensation may be claimed beyond the coverage established in such insurance policies.
6. Claims During the Activity
If during the activity the client wishes to make a complaint, they must notify the guide, escort, or group leader immediately so that it can be corrected on the spot.
Claims regarding incidents not communicated during the activity will not be accepted afterwards.

7. Authority to Purchase Tickets on Behalf of the Client
For the proper provision of the service, Naturanda may purchase tickets, admissions, or passes on behalf of the client, with prior consent given at the time of booking.
The cost of such tickets is paid in advance via cash, card, or bank transfer, as applicable.
8. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All website content (texts, images, videos, logos, designs, source code, etc.) is the property of Naturanda or third parties who have authorised its use.
Reproduction, distribution, publication, transformation, or commercial exploitation of any content without express authorization from the owner is prohibited.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Naturanda does not guarantee:
- The continuous operation of the website
- The absence of viruses or harmful elements
- The accuracy or constant updating of content
Naturanda will not be liable for damages arising from:
