General Terms and Conditions

Andalsur Excursiones is a trademark of Naturanda Turismo Ambiental S.L., with Tax ID number B90054370 and registered office at C/ Rastro 12a, 41001 Seville. All services offered under the Andalsur brand are provided by Naturanda Turismo Ambiental S.L., which assumes legal and contractual responsibility for them.

1. Organisation

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the customer and Naturanda Turismo Ambiental S.L. (hereinafter, Naturanda), owner of the Andalsur Excursiones brand. Naturanda offers a variety of services designed to facilitate the exploration and enjoyment of Seville, Andalusia, Madrid, Barcelona, and Morocco. The main services are:

  • Guided tours: Guided visits to monuments, museums, and other places of interest.
  • Excursions: Routes to nearby destinations, including nature parks, historic villages, and cultural sites.
  • Private tours and excursions: Personalised services upon customer request.
  • Transport: Complimentary transfers associated with the main activities.
  • Intermediation: Management of bookings and communication with external companies that provide specific services; responsibility for service provision lies with those companies.

2. Booking Conditions

  • Reservations can be made through the Andalsur website or through online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • The prices shown are per person and valid for the current year, unless the booking is confirmed.
  • Prices do not include tips, personal insurance, personal items, or food and beverages unless expressly stated.
  • The booking is considered final after payment by card, bank transfer or other accepted method.
  • In the case of bookings made through an OTA, the payment terms and conditions of that platform shall apply.
  • After booking, a confirmation email will be sent with the service details; the customer must verify the accuracy of the information.
  • The confirmation voucher must be presented at the start of the service, along with a form of identification (ID card or passport).

3. Conditions of Participation

During complementary private transport, the customer must follow the safety rules:

  • Remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Do not attempt to descend while the vehicle is in motion.
  • No smoking, eating or drinking in the vehicle.
  • Follow the instructions of the guide or driver.

Animals are not permitted in the vehicle. Failure to comply will be the responsibility of the customer. Leaving or separating from the group for reasons not attributable to the organisation will not give rise to any right to compensation.

Bike rental

  • €50 deposit or ID card as guarantee.
  • The user is liable for damage, loss or theft of the bicycle and accessories.
  • Rates: Padlock €12, Key €6, Helmet €19, Saddle €9, Broken wheel €20.
  • Breakdowns: replacement or repair at rental points; transport to the point, at the user’s expense.
  • Compliance with traffic regulations: user liability for damage to third parties or property.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

4.1 Changes requested by the customer

Subject to availability; we cannot guarantee fulfilment if it is not possible to meet the request.

4.2 Changes by suppliers

Suppliers may modify dates, prices, legal or age requirements; Naturanda may cancel or modify services as appropriate.

4.3 Free cancellations

Generally, up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.

Exception: Granada, up to 48 hours; tickets to the Alhambra are non-refundable.

4.4 Cancellations for which the customer is responsible

  • Failure to present: loss of the amount.
  • Lack of necessary documentation: it will be considered not submitted, without refund.

4.5 Cancellations for reasons beyond the customer’s control

  • Justified illness or accident: 40% refund, 60% rescheduling or voucher.
  • Delay or cancellation of public transport: 40% refund, rescheduling or voucher 60%.
  • Serious hospitalisation or death of a family member: 100% reimbursement.
  • Notice: at least 1 hour before the start of the activity.

4.6 Cancellations due to company responsibility

  • Suspension for justified reasons or minimum number of participants (4 people), with notification given the day before.
  • Tour not available in the selected language: 100% refund if the customer does not accept an alternative.
  • Delays exceeding 60 minutes: full refund if the customer decides not to participate in the activity.
  • No collection or unaccounted booking: 100% refund or possibility of rescheduling.

5. Legislation and Legal Conditions

  • Law 16/1987 of 30 July on Land Transport Management.
  • Decree 168/1994 of 30 May on travel agencies.
  • Regulation 21/1995 of 6 July on package holidays.
  • Transport in vehicles with more than 9 seats: Decree 319/1990 of 21 December, subcontracted to authorised companies.

6. Liability

Naturanda shall not be liable for any indirect loss or damage, including loss of information, refunds, business, opportunities or reputation. Circumstances beyond our control include illness, theft, breakdowns, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, adverse weather conditions, among others.

The customer acknowledges that the activities involve inherent risks and accepts the compensation covered by Naturanda’s compulsory insurance.

7. Use of Images for Promotional Purposes

Naturanda may use photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes on its website, social media or advertising material. To remove images, please write to: info@andalsurexcursiones.com, and they will be deleted within a reasonable period of time.

8. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

By making a booking, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions, which form part of the service provision contract. Naturanda reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions, publishing any changes on the official website.
